Global Pathways to Success Uganda is a development organization. It’s a non-governmental, non-profit organization focused on social and business development for Ugandans. Established in 2016 as a community-based organization, later registered as a non-government organization (NGO) with the government of Uganda under the registration number INDP0002463NB. GPSU helps empower rural communities in Uganda to take responsibility and become sustainable, to rise out of poverty. Our programs focus on education, basic healthcare, poverty eradication, and hunger.

- Ms. Abito Cynthia – Identifying the actual program for the development plan.
- Ms. Joanna Kasie – Designed & developed the project Proposal “Reviving Hope: Building Skills and Dignified Livelihoods for the Aguu Community.” Grant writing and follow-up for Urgent Action Fund Application.
- Ms. Yolanda Nosakhare – To formalize the development of a 4-week vocational training curriculum focused on psychosocial rehabilitation for the Aguu community.
- Ms. Kathryn Klett – To determine strategic marketing opportunities online and create content that will then draw stakeholders internationally and abroad to partner with GPSU, to help build sustainable businesses that will support the city of Gulu and help with the reintegration of the Aguu people.
- Ms. Maleeha Coleburn – To develop a Financial Literacy toolkit for community initiatives and vocational training.
